Helen Forsythe is a singer, banjo player, and accordian player from Northfield, Minnesota. She writes her own music, and enjoys playing songs from bluegrass, old time, country, and other folk music traditions. She can be found playing at social dances, markets, farms, bars, churches, and other community gathering spaces around the Upper Midwest as a solo preformer and in ensembles Too Old Cat, Slapdash Bluegrass, and Art Makers MN. She also teaches lessons and group classes through Hot Spot Music in Northfield.
